Jonathan Richard King is a SAG-AFTRA stunt performer and actor known for his athletic versatility, explosive movement, and dedication to the craft of action performance.
Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, and raised in Florida, Jonathan discovered his passion for physical performance through martial arts and movement training. His journey into the entertainment industry began with a decision to leave behind the familiar and pursue a career in Hollywood. In 2015, Jonathan relocated to Los Angeles, where he immersed himself in the stunt community and began the demanding process of building a career from the ground up.
While working various jobs and taking on background roles, Jonathan spent countless hours training and developing his skills in martial arts, tricking, parkour, and stunt performance. Through persistence, discipline, and the relationships he built along the way, he connected with professionals in the industry and continued refining his craft.
In 2017, Jonathan earned his first major stunt opportunity on Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., marking the beginning of a career that would lead him to work on major television and film productions. Since then, he has become a trusted performer and stunt double, bringing his background in martial arts, acrobatics, and movement to a wide range of action projects.
Jonathan has doubled actors including Idris Elba and Anthony Mackie and has contributed his stunt talents to productions such as NCIS, S.W.A.T., The Rookie, and Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw, among others.
