Biography

Chris Kalhoon started in the world of entertainment as a radio announcer when he was just 15 years old. Since the mid-1980s he worked radio markets across Canada and even in the Cayman Islands for a brief period. The acting bug bit Chris when he moved to Vancouver in the late '90s for a prime time radio gig. Over the past few years, he has turned the mic in for the camera but returning to in front of the microphone for animation work.

Arnold Schwarzenegger, who was once in Vancouver shooting The 6th Day, called Chris live on the air during his afternoon radio show. The future governor of California commented, "I hear that you are the most powerful radio program in this city and probably the whole nation, so I wanted to ask you for a favor. Can you make the rain stop?".
