Biography

Jeff Browning was born on August 24, 1977. He is an actor.

Left home when he was 12 years old.

In 1996, it was discovered that he used a false birth certificate to become employed in adult films. As a result, all films he performed in before August 1995 were recalled. His case has drawn comparisons to the Traci Lords case from the 1980s.

When his true identity was discovered, he got support from actress Traci Lords, who went through a similar scandal in 1986. She advised him to shun his former colleagues and find another line of work. Like Lords, Browning is now critical of the adult film industry.

"They have no idea of how I was introduced to this business, or by whom I was discovered, nor do they look to find out. I feel that it is my body that was exploited...I am the one who has to deal with this every day...I'm the one who has to think about the horrible things I endured during that period of my life. I really don't think it is some writer's right to pass judgment on me when they don't even know me, nor were they there at the time this was going on in my life, nor did they even care at the time."
