Thameen Mansour

Thameen Mansour grew up in the West Bank in Palestine. His devotion to acting led him all the way to California to pursue an acting career. He is the 2019 recipient of the Accolade Competition Award of Merit as Director of Photography on the music video, Planet Earth. He obtained his BA in Directing from Yarmouk University in Jordan in 2014 and went on to study both acting and cinematography at the Academy of Art in San Francisco where he received an MFA in Motion Pictures and Television in 2019. He also trained at the American Conservatory Theater under Christopher Herold at The Summer Training Congress in 2018 and 2019. His acting credits include On the Other Side, The Gifted One, and Lumen. Thameen channeled his experience into the arts to bring about authenticity not only in his life, but also to the screen.
