Biography

Asar Saint Lamont is a Director, Writer, and Producer with an M.F.A. in Film and Television Production from USC School of Cinematic Arts and a B.S. in Business Management from Penn State's Smeal College of Business. He was born in Syracuse, NY and raised in Washington, DC.

Prior to pursuing film, he served in the U.S. Navy as a Chinese Linguist and Intelligence Analyst where he earned an A.A. in Chinese Mandarin.

His entertainment career has included opportunities with: The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, Monkeypaw Productions, The Walt Disney Company, Columbia Records, Black Entertainment Television, Concordia Studio, Village Roadshow Entertainment, Turner Festivals, and more.

He is an Academy Gold Alumni and a Lifetime Member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated by way of The Mighty Gamma Nu Chapter.
