- Erick, born and raised in Venice Beach, California, founded his first music recording studio, Lucky Dog Studios, at the age of 19. Over the course of more than four decade, he successfully managed and operated this studio now called N2SounD Post Audio.
After relocating to Santa Cruz, California for eight years, Erick established his second recording studio, On The Right Track Recording. He collaborated with local bands and jazz clubs in Santa Cruz as their mixer and music recording studio engineer. Additionally, he worked with the City Council to set up and organize music sound stages and PA sound systems for the New Year's Eve First Night celebrations for over five years. Erick also spent four years at Stanford University in the AV department, where he worked closely with university business operations and concerts held on campus.
Erick moved back to Los Angeles and opened N2Sound Post Audio. With over 30 years of experience in Post Audio, including freelance work and roles at The Bakery Digital Sound and Vision, Post Hast Sound, Larson, Sony Pictures, Warner Brothers Studio, Universal, and other top studios, he has mastered the technical arts of sound, a crucial part of film and TV.
Erick's education began at Dick Grove School of Music. He then studied Post Audio for Motion Pictures and TV at The Los Angeles Recording Workshop. After graduating, Erick worked in the film industry for 10 years before teaching at The Los Angeles Film School for over 3 years.
Erick currently works in Post Audio as a Re-Recording Engineer, Supervising Sound Editor, and Sound Designer, engaging in the process of Post Audio for Film and TV.
