Biography

Carson Minniear is a Texas-based actor whose impressive young career already spans television, feature film, and voiceover, with performances alongside some of the industry’s most recognizable talent. Most recently, Carson joined the cast of Netflix’s global phenomenon Stranger Things for its fifth and final season, appearing as Thomas in six episodes. His growing feature film resume includes a leading role as Jordy in Rally Caps, opposite Academy Award nominee Judd Hirsch and Amy Smart, as well as Phillip Saunders in 5000 Blankets, opposite Anna Camp. Carson’s additional film and television credits include Palmer, starring Justin Timberlake, Disney’s Crater, The Passenger, Eye for an Eye, Site, The Chosen, Mayfair Witches, Doom Patrol, and The Purge. Equally at home behind the microphone, Carson has built an impressive voiceover resume that includes Netflix’s Leo alongside Adam Sandler, Disney’s Pupstruction and Big City Greens, and Nickelodeon’s Wylde Pak. A dedicated actor from an early age, Carson has trained throughout his career at DTV Studios in Dallas, continuing to develop his craft for television and film. He is managed by Antonia DeNardo of Millennium Artists and represented by Coast to Coast Talent Group in Los Angeles and Landrum Arts. With a natural, grounded presence on screen and a versatility that allows him to move seamlessly between drama, comedy, and animation, Carson continues to establish himself as an exciting young talent with an increasingly diverse body of work. When he’s not on set or in the studio, Carson enjoys spending time with friends and staying active through baseball, basketball, soccer, and golf.
