Nico Herrera(I)

He was born in 1993 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. From a very young age he started developing a growing love for cinema. He attended and finished Film School in 2018. To this day he has written, directed and edited 12 short films and several music videos. He also directed some commercials and worked as an assistant director and co-producer on the Argentinian independent feature film, "Proyecciones (2018)". His short film "Perpetual Youth (2019)" won 3 awards for Best International Short Film and was officially selected for competition at 18 international film festivals. His latest short film "Fragility (2021)" won 3 awards for Best International Short Film and was officially selected for competition at 8 international film festivals, including the Panamenian International Film Festival in Los Angeles, USA, where he won two awards -best international short and best international short screenplay-, and the National Festival of Cinema and Television of Benevento, in Benevento, Italy.
