The eldest brother of a legendary badminton family in Malaysia, Misbun
Sidek was one of the world beaters in 1980s and the runner-up of the
Men's Singles event in the prestiguous All-England championship in
1986. In 2002, he was appointed as the Men's Singles coach of the
National Badminton Team of Malaysia. He has only appeared in one film,
"Black Widow Wajah Ayu" (1994), directed by his good friend U-Wei Haji
Saari.
