Nancy Dubuc is a prominent American media executive and producer, recognized for her transformative leadership across major television and digital platforms. She is perhaps best known for her tenure as the President and CEO of A+E Networks (2013-2018), where she oversaw a portfolio including A&E, History, and Lifetime.
During this time, she executive produced acclaimed projects such as the Emmy-nominated miniseries Hatfields & McCoys (2012) and The Bible (2013), and greenlit genre-defining hits like Pawn Stars, American Pickers, and Vikings. Following her success at A+E, Dubuc served as the CEO of Vice Media Group from 2018 to 2023. At Vice, she spearheaded global expansion and strategic moves, including the acquisition of Refinery29, while continuing her work as an executive producer on projects like the political drama The Report (2019) and the Academy Award-shortlisted documentary Sitara: Let Girls Dream (2019). In April 2025, she was named Executive Chair of Togethxr, a media and commerce company focused on women's sports and culture.
A native of Rhode Island, Dubuc graduated from Boston University in 1991. Throughout her career, she has been a fixture on Fortune’s "50 Most Powerful Women in Business" and The Hollywood Reporter’s "Power 100" lists. She resides in New York with her husband, Michael Rashid Kizilbash, and their two children.
