Biography

Valeria Velasco is a bilingual actor, singer, and dancer known for her versatility and presence on stage and screen. She appeared in Las Hijas De Rosalia (Tribeca 2025, executive produced by Lin-Manuel Miranda) and toured nationally in Annie as Tessie/Molly u/s. A proud recipient of the Texas Young Masters 2024 award, Valeria has been featured in national commercials for Kalahari Resorts, Lowe's, and Golden Corral, among others. She made her stand-up comedy debut at Cool Beans Comedy at The Ice House Pasadena, performing her original material and showcasing her natural comedic timing. A dedicated musician, she plays guitar and piano, and continues to perform in musical theatre - recently seen in School of Rock and Hadestown at the McCombs Majestic Theatre in San Antonio. Valeria continues her intensive training in Film & TV, Musical Theatre, and Dance in New York, Los Angeles, and Texas, constantly refining her craft and embracing new creative challenges. She is driven by a genuine love for storytelling, humor, and connection - bringing heart and authenticity to every project she joins.
