Paix is an Oakland, CA native, East London, UK-based designer who serves as founder and studio director of Artvomit Studios.
His films have received high honors with BAFTA - Best Short Film nominations for Such A Lovely Day and Festival of Slaps, BAFTA Cymru - Best Short Film Nominations for Pale Saint and Father of the Bride, the BIFA - Best British Short Film award for Festival of Slaps, and the nomination for Lions, London Film Festival BMW x BFI Film Challenge winner We Collide, and the Audience Award Winner Festival of Slaps. Before a film career, Paix was a painter-in-residence in New York City, a former Wardrobe Stylist for Beyonce, a trained dancer, and a model.
Paix is a member of the British Film Designers Guild (BFDG), and the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) under the Connect Initiative.
