Mary Armstrong(X)

Stepping onto a film set in 2016 as BG changed the direction of my life. I was always the last one in a movie theatre, reading every single name of cast and crew roll by, but never thought I could be one of them. Newly retired, I needed something I could really dig into, and filmmaking was a perfect fit. I immediately joined an agency, and started auditioning. Countless classes, workshops and volunteering led to real opportunities on camera. With training and persistence, I have earned my way into some challenging film roles. I have since dipped my toes into writing and producing, discovering that the more you know, the the more you grow.
