She was born in Dublin and raised in the west of Ireland, and trained in Drama and Theatre Studies, graduating with first-class honours before continuing professional screen and stage training in the UK.
Jones has appeared in a range of independent and international productions, including the Ken Loach feature film Jimmy’s Hall, as well as multiple award-winning short films. Her screen work has received international recognition, including a Best Acting Duo award at the Independent Shorts Awards in Los Angeles and Best Cast honours at the Alternative Film Festival.
Her theatre work includes leading and multi-role performances in contemporary and experimental productions, where she is noted for her emotionally precise, psychologically driven character work.
