- Frank Contreras is a Guatemalan-American writer who likes to tell character-driven stories full of comedy and heart.
He got his start writing on Monsters At Work, a Disney+ animated television series based on Pixar's Monsters, Inc franchise. His episode "Powerless" was nominated for a 2025 GLAAD Award. He has also worked in development at major studios, written live-action freelance scripts, and script doctored a sci-fi feature.
Frank graduated with honors from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.
