Biography

Claude Savard was born in 1938 in Montreal, Quebec , Canada. He is a director and writer, known for La révolution municipale (1970), Deux pas sur la pointe (1966) and Yves Thériault (1970). He is married to Jeannine Parent.

In 1958, he starts his career as assistant editor and then editor at the Service du Film de Radio-Canada; which qualifies him to win the Editing Award at the Congrès du Spectacle de Radio-Canada in 1963.
