Alexa Rose Vitale is a Canadian film director, screenwriter, and actor. She began her career appearing in several music videos that were filmed in Vancouver Canada, including appearing as the lead actress in 'Cut Off' (2019) by Punjabi rapper Sidhu Moosewala, which has over thirteen million views on YouTube.
In 2018 she landed the role of 'Giselle' in the feature film, 'Ishq My Religion' (2019), which had an international theatrical release. Soon after acting in a feature film, she began screenwriting a pilot for a web series with a writing partner, and this project was funded. On 'Semi-Legal', Alexa had her first experience as a film director and production coordinator and decided that she wanted to continue her work behind the camera.
in 2021 she completed her first short film, 'Violet Skies' that she wrote, directed, produced and performed in, which premiered at the Sault Film Festival, in Sault Ste. Marie, Canada in November 2021.
Alexa is also a published writer, and you can find her short story titled, '#NoFilter' in the anthology called the 'Mirrored Hall' on Amazon. Violet Skies is based on this short story that she wrote years earlier.
