Christianno Chavez DeRushia was born in Jackson, Michigan, to Lola Lee Fleming (Williams), a personal caretaker, and Timothy Todd DeRushia, who is a pianist and amateur poker player. The youngest of four, Ryanna, Anterio and Juan. Moved to Los Angeles, California in 2018 to pursue acting full time. Christianno attended Wayne State University in 2013. Originally attending for a degree in Communications, later joined Wayne State's Theater program in the Winter of 2014. After a successful audition he joined Wayne State's BFA program.
