Gilmor Brown was born on June 16, 1886 in New Salem, ND USA. He was a producer, known for The Pasadena Community Playhouse (1932). He died on January 12, 1960 in Palm Springs, California, USA.

Founded the world-famous Pasadena Playhouse in Pasadena, CA, in 1916 and was its manager and artistic director until his death in 1960.
