- Kristen Agee is an American composer, musician, sound engineer and music executive. She is the founder and CEO of 411 Music Group, a global music company specializing in synchronization licensing, publishing, custom music and score, rights administration and music for visual media.
Agee began her career as a classically trained violinist and later worked as a bassist, composer and sound engineer. In 2012, she founded 411 Music Group, building a catalog that now includes more than 450,000 tracks used across television, film, advertising, trailers, sports, gaming and digital media.
In July 2025, Agee became a co-owner of Glass Music Denmark, expanding her work across the American and European music industries. She also focuses on ethical AI, licensed music data and technology partnerships grounded in consent, attribution and fair compensation for creators.
Agee divides her time between Copenhagen and Los Angeles.
