Biography

Col. William Kane Eliscu is the father of Webb C. Eliscu & Grandfather of William G. Eliscu. Bill Eliscu advised and was business partners with Bob Hope in the early 1970's. Col. Eliscu was also the producer of the British production, "O.S.S. Operation Tulip" (Film, 1958) In addition, before, Bill Eliscu joined the armed forces, he was a page for NBC in New York.
