Personally, I actually have trouble gaining weight and simply eating hamburgers doesn't help either. I would have to do specific exercises to gain weight in the right places. But I think the diet diktat on the catwalks is simply too strict. If I have children at some point, I wouldn't permit them to become models - the pressure is simply too high. If you are unnaturally thin, it is also a health risk after all.
