He performed in the ballet, "The Nutcracker," in a London Festival Ballet production at the Congress Theatre in Eastbourne, East Sussex, England with John Gilpin, Margot Miklosy, Dianne Richards, Carmen Mathe, Jean Pierre Alban, Galina Samtsova, Vassilie Trunoff, David Adams, Barry McGrath, Andre Prokovsky, and Helen Starr in the cast.
For his contributions to the world of international dance, he was named an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in the New Year's Honors Listed in December 1999.
