- At the age of seven had a Christmas No. 1 single with St. Winifred's Choir. The choir performed on British Chart show 'Top of the Pops' and the single, 'Grandma' was No.1 for two weeks.
- Originally studied journalism at the University of Hull but after being cast in an amateur play she decided to become an actress instead.
- Gave birth to her twin sons (her 1st & 2nd children) at age 37, Victor White & Louie White on September 25, 2010. Children's father is her fiancé (now husband), Steve White.
