Joshua Zuehlke

Joshua Zuehlke is an American actor. At age 13, he was selected over hundreds of professional teen actors for the lead role in Mike Newell's drama Amazing Grace and Chuck (1987) where he plays a kid who refuses to play on his baseball team protest against the nuclear weapons' race of the Cold War, and with that he starts a movement around the nation to the point of getting attention from the American president (played by Gregory Peck). Zuehlke was praised for the role as was nominated at the Young Artist Awards in the Best Young Actor in a Motion Picture - Drama. Yet he has never returned to acting after an acclaimed performance.
