Biography

Best known for her work with director Madeleine Olnek (multiple Independent Spirit nominations). In their most recent collaboration, Susan co-starred with Molly Shannon in, "Wild Nights With Emily", which premiered at SXSW and garnered a wide release. Susan is also known for "TiMERS", "Hello, My Name Is Doris", and "Codependent Lesbian Space Alien Seeks Same". Besides her work in film and television, Susan is a dedicated theatre actor, having performed onstage in Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York and at the world-renowned Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Susan is also an active member in the award-winning New American Theatre Company, based in Los Angeles. Susan resides in Los Angeles with her husband, actor Michael Albala, and daughter Oona.
