- Kim Yu is an experienced film and television professional with over 25 years in the entertainment industry, specializing in development, production, and domestic/international distribution. She began her career in marketing and promotions and served as Director of Communications at Norstar Entertainment, where she managed national publicity initiatives. Her credits include campaigns for Miramax and Sony Pictures Classics titles such as Reservoir Dogs, Welcome to the Dollhouse, Strictly Ballroom, The Crying Game, and Safe, as well as family programming for Sullivan Entertainment, where she held the position of VP, Communications. Yu transitioned into production in the late 1990s and worked as Production Supervisor at Equinoxe Films, overseeing projects filmed across Canada.
