Hiroyuki Yoshino was born on February 6, 1974 in Chiba, Japan. He is an actor, known for Free Guy (2021), Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (2009) and Baccano! (2007).

He wanted to become a voice actor after watching Ichiro Nagai's performance in several series when he was young.

He debuted in 1996, voicing minor characters in Saber Marionette J.
