- Leonid Yakubovich was born on July 31, 1945 in Moscow, USSR. He is an actor and writer, known for Dedushka moey mechty (2014), Six Degrees of Celebration (2010) and Nyam Nyam.
- He was an active member of the Komsomol (The All - Union Leninist Communist Youth League).
- In 1988, he became the scriptwriter and host of the first Moscow beauty contest.
- On June 13, 2023, the premiere of the play based on Moliere's comedy "The Miser" took place at Boyakov's New Theatre , in which Yakubovich played Harpagon.
- Since 1989 he has been been working as an auctioneer.
- In the 8th grade, Leonid was expelled from school and went to work at an aircraft factory as a turner and electrician. He received his secondary vocational education at the State Vocational School.
