- Ernst Wurmser was born on March 17, 1882 in Vienna, Austria. He was an actor, known for Poor as a Church Mouse (1931), Ein Prinz verliebt sich (1932) and Once There Was a Waltz (1932). He died in January 1950 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
- Ernst Wurmser had to leave Germany with the rise of the National Socialist because he was not an Aryan and he went back to Austria. There he concentrated to his stage career by the majority.
- During his time in Berlin he also entered the film business and he took part in the productions "Taschendiebe" (1921), "Die Furcht vor dem Weibe" (1921) and "Die letzten Menschen" (1921). Finally he returned to Austria where he was engaged at the Neue Wiener Bühne, later followed appearances at other theaters which led him even to the Deutsches Theater in New York and from 1930 again to Berlin.
- Ernst Wurmser never returned to Europe. He died in Buenos Aires in 1950.
