Studied with Pulitzer Prize winner Michael Cunningham, author of 'The Hours', and has worked as a freelance journalist and television writer.

Teaches screenwriting and memoir classes.

Lives on Cape Cod and is working on a mystery novel set in the fishing world of Provincetown.
