He and Glen Morgan had a major falling-out with Chris Carter over the direction they took Millennium (1996) in its second season. Although they appeared to mend fences with Carter years later, individually contributing episodes to the revival seasons of The X-Files (1993), both Morgan and Wong have consistently avoided discussing Millennium.
