- Wastl Witt was born on July 20, 1882. He was an actor, known for Der weißblaue Löwe (1952), Erster Klasse (1955) and Das goldene Edelweiss (1949). He died on December 22, 1955 in Munich, Germany.
- Character actor and comedian, on stage from the 1910's. In films from 1933, usually as bucolic Bavarian types. A street in Munich was named in his memory in 1964.
