David Winkler is an accomplished American film and television producer, director, and writer who has made a significant impact on contemporary Hollywood. He is perhaps best known for his extensive work as a producer on the critically acclaimed Rocky spin-off franchise, Creed, which successfully revitalised the legendary boxing saga for a new generation. In addition to his high-profile sports dramas, Winkler has consistently produced a diverse slate of projects, spanning intense action-thrillers like The Mechanic and popular television movies.

Born into a family with deep roots in the entertainment industry as the son of legendary Oscar-winning producer Irwin Winkler, David established his own distinct creative voice early in his career.
