Biography

Monique Wilson is known for Kapag iginuhit ang hatol ng puso (1993), Playing with Fire (2000) and José Rizal (1998). She has been married to Rossana Abueva since 2015. She was previously married to Rossana Abueva.

Has two Yorkshire Terriers: Sydney (born 1997) and Zoey (born 1999).

Before appearing in any stage plays, she makes sure to read the book which the play is based. Among the book she reads were The Story of the Trapp Family Singers by Maria Augusta von Trapp (for the Philippine version of Sound of Music), Aspects of Love by David Garnett (for the Philippines version of the play), and The Berlin Stories by Christopher Isherwood (for Philippine version of Cabaret).
