Biography

Jonathan Wilson is known for Tommy Boy (1995), Redwall (1999) and New York Minute (2004).

He was nominated for a 1990 Joseph Jefferson Award for Director of a Play for "From the Mississippi Delta", at the Northlight Theatre in Chicago, Illinois.

He was nominated for a 2008 Joseph Jefferson Award Citation for Director of a Play for "Jitney", at the Pegasus Players Theatre in Chicago, Illinois.

He was awarded the 2019 Equity Joseph Jefferson Award for Midsize Play Director for "The Recommendation" at the Windy City Playhouse in Chicago, Illinois.
