Garfield Wilson was born in Surrey, England; the middle child of three to Jamaican parents. His family immigrated to Canada when he was six years old. Having always felt a pull to all things creative, he organically fell into music and acting in his hometown of Edmonton, Alberta. After two years performing as the lead singer to a funk/soul cover band, Garfield's first break was portraying Judas in "Jesus Christ Superstar." He then ventured to Vancouver, BC, to pursue music and acting further. After singing in his own band, followed by a Canadian tour singing back-up vocals for Colin James, Garfield began to focus on acting. Garfield has found success in the spotlight on screens both big and small with the likes of Disney's Peter Pan & Wendy, Come To Daddy, The Ivy & Bean movie series, and Final Destination: Bloodlines, with a myriad of television roles including the likes of : TNT's Snowpiercer, Arrow, Bates Motel, Continuum, Netflix's Van Helsing, The Good Doctor, The Man in the High Castle and SyFy's Reginald The Vampire, Law & Order: Toronto and Lifetime Networks Don’t Trust The Girls Upstairs and Single Black Tenant, starring Tia Mowry amongst others.

After college, Garfield was the lead singer in the successful funk and cover band, Ramses Soul Revival, in Edmonton. He later was the lead singer in the indie rock band Booti Dharma in Vancouver, BC.

Garfield sang back up vocals for Canadian rock and blues singer Colin James on his album Fuse (2004) and went on to tour across Canada with the band.

Garfield competed in men&#39;s physique/body-building competitions Vancouver, and won pro cards from the WBFF and FAME fitness organizations.

Garfield established his own personal training company, Forward Fitness Inc., in 2005 Vancouver, BC.
