Norman Williams was born on June 7, 1918 in Holywell, Flintshire, Wales, UK. He was a producer and actor, known for Scott of the Antarctic (1948), White Hunter (1957) and The Man Who Finally Died (1963). He was married to Patricia Dainton. He died on March 27, 2010 in Surrey, England, UK.

Took up acting in 1941 when he was discharged from the army on medical grounds, then turned to producing around 12 years later.
