Moshe Wilensky was born on 17 April 1910 in Warsaw, Poland, Russian Empire [now Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland]. He was a composer, known for Pillar of Fire (1959), Sie sind frei, Doktor Korczak (1974) and The Summer of Aviya (1988). He died in 1997 in Israel.
