Patrick Whitesell is a leading figure in the entertainment industry, widely recognized for his long-standing leadership at Endeavor and William Morris Endeavor (WME). Whitesell began his career in the mailroom before rising to prominence as a high-level agent at United Talent Agency (UTA) and later as the head of the talent department at Creative Artists Agency (CAA). In 2001, he joined Endeavor as a partner, eventually orchestrating the historic 2009 merger with William Morris to create WME, one of the most powerful talent agencies in the world.
