Biography

Patrick White was born on May 28, 1912 in Knightsbridge, London, England, UK. He was a writer, known for Voss, The Night, the Prowler (1978) and The Wednesday Play (1964). He died on September 29, 1990 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

In 1973, he won the Nobel Prize for Literature and the Australian of the Year award.
