Buck White was born on December 13, 1930 in Fort Worth, Texas, USA. He was an actor, known for O Brother, Where Art Thou? (2000), The Marty Stuart Show (2008) and Soundstage (1974). He died on January 13, 2025.

Member of The Whites country music group.

Father-in-law of Ricky Skaggs.

Buck White was mostly a moonlighting musician for much of his life, working as a plumber by day, and playing piano and mandolin by night.
