Shelly Westerman

Shelly’s work in films includes award winning and critically acclaimed features Nora Ephron’s You’ve Got Mail (Meg Ryan, Tom Hanks) and Julie & Julia (Meryl Streep, Amy Adams), as well as independent favorites Velvet Goldmine and Jesus’ Son. She ventured into television with HBO’s acclaimed series The Wire and won her first Emmy nomination for her work on Ryan Murphy's American Crime Story: The Assassination of Gianni Versace. Other Emmy and Golden Globe nominated Murphy projects include Feud, American Horror Story, Pose, The Politician and Ratched. She worked as Editor and Producer on Emmy winner, Halston (Ewan McGregor). For her editing on Only Murders In The Building, (Steve Martin, Martin Short, Selena Gomez), she has received a BFE nomination (Season 2), multiple ACE nominations (Seasons 2, 3 & 4) and a Season 3 Emmy nomination, in addition to her Co-Producing credits (Seasons 3,4,5). As Editor and Co-Producer she is working on Wild Things, an Apple limited series starring Jude Law and Andrew Garfield.
