Emmy Werner was born on September 13, 1938 in Vienna, Austria. She is an actress and director, known for Staatsoperette (1977), The Games (1970) and Das Mädel aus dem Böhmerwald (1965). She was previously married to Georg Lhotzky.

She is the mother of actor Alexander Lhotzky (1959-2016).
