Biography

Eduard Wenck was born on January 1, 1894 in Karlsruhe, Germany. He was an actor, known for Fährmann Maria (1936), Nordlicht (1938) and Die Frau am Scheidewege (1938). He died on May 17, 1954 in West Berlin, West Germany.

He wasn't able to continue his film career after the war.

The German film industry was in much demand during the wartime too. Besides propaganda movies there were also many entertainment movies to divert from the bad times. Eduard Wenck took part in those years in "Jud Süss" (1940), "...reitet für Deutschland" (1941), "Die goldene Spinne" (1943), "Die Zaubergeige" (1944) and "Peter Voss, der Millionendieb" (1945).
