Stig was the creator of 'Voice of the 'G' where he would appear on the big screens at the MCG during football and cricket matches, conducting vox-pop interviews with members of the crowd.
Stig is well known for not wearing shoes, but thongs (flip-flops) to work every day, even in winter.
Stig played Ernest Deadly as one half of the comedy duo, The Deadly Brothers with fellow comedian Ray Matsen.
