Joe Weber was born on August 11, 1867 in New York City, New York, USA. He was an actor, known for Friendly Enemies (1925), Mike and Meyer Go Fishing (1915) and The Children of Mike and Meyer Elope (1915). He was married to Lillian Friedman. He died on May 10, 1942 in Los Angeles, California, USA.

One half of the vaudeville comedy team Weber & Fields (with Lew Fields).
