Jamie Waylett was born on July 21, 1989 in London, England, UK. He is an actor, known for Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (2004), Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (2001) and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (2005).

On the 20th of March in 2012, he was jailed for 2 years for violent conduct and 1 year for handling stolen goods during the London riots of August 2011.

He was hit by a car when he was 9 years old. Doctors said that he had almost no chance of surviving and if he did, he would be brain-damaged. Jamie was in intensive care for 3 days and when the doctors were about to give up hope, a family friend of the Waylett's demanded the doctors to check his blood. They gave Jamie a blood-transfusion and he woke up the next day and started to improve.

Auditioned for the role of Dudley Dursley before he accepted the role of Vincent Crabbe in the Harry Potter series.

Once met with President George W. Bush in 2003.

His favourite actor is Johnny Depp.
