Maxine Waters was born on August 15, 1938 in St. Louis, Missouri, USA. She is an actress, known for Marc Cohn: The Rainy Season (1993), Why We Laugh: Black Comedians on Black Comedy (2009) and First Monday (2002). She has been married to Sid Williams since July 23, 1977. They have two children. She was previously married to Edward Waters.
