- Dale Wasserman was born on November 2, 1914 in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, USA. He was a writer and producer, known for One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (1975), The DuPont Show of the Month (1957) and A Walk with Love and Death (1969). - Won the "Best Musical" Tony Award in 1966 for the script for the Broadway musical "Man of La Mancha".
